RV Resort Four Seasons is family-owned and operated right here in Walla Walla, WA. Since our company opened its doors in 1993, we’ve treated every customer like they were a part of our family. We look forward to welcoming you with open arms from your journey, no matter the distance. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are spectacular, and come with a personal touch. We the owners/management of RV Resort Four Seasons will treat you the way we would want to be treated. In return, we ask that you extend the same courtesies to us. Here is a list of some of our guidelines for you to consider PRIOR TO BOOKING WITH US!
1. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of RV Resort Four Seasons. If you feel you cannot comply with our policies, we ask that you not make a reservation with us.
2. All RENT is payable in advance. Rates are based on two persons: there is an additional charge of $1.00 per person per night and late check out fees will apply. We do not provide refunds, even for no shows or early check-outs or cancellations. Please refer to our cancellation policy.
3. NO TENTS or CAR CAMPING IS ALLOWED, only manufactured and Registered RV's in well-maintained/good condition and fully operational and self-contained (No leaks or repairs may be done on site without management authorization). Please no horse trailers, skoolies, or conversions. ELECTRIC VEHICLES ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL FEES FOR CHARGING!
4. PICKUP CAMPERS must remain on pickup truck at all times.
5. PETS: Are not permitted inside any buildings, must be on a 4-foot leash at all times and are not to be left unattended. Tie pets to RV only, not any park water lines or park property. Do not walk pets between sites and do not let pets bark continuously. Pet litter must be picked up immediately and pets walked in designated pet area. No pet fencing allowed in park.
**Certain breeds of dogs are disallowed by our insurance provider: Akita, Alaska Malamutes, Chows, Doberman Pinchers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernard's. No aggressive breads allowed. If you arrive with one of these breeds of dogs, you will be turned away, at your own expense (no refund).
6. In order to keep the flow of traffic safe for all we do require All RV's to follow the directions of the staff in parking uniformly with utilities to the drivers side of the Rig. Please arrive with adequate length of sewer hose that is off the ground, water hose and power connection to accommodate rear utilities as well as required jack pads under all stabilizer jacks.
7. Parking and Extra Vehicles: Each site may have one RV and one vehicle! Vehicles are to be parked ONLY in the space allotted. Extra vehicles are discouraged but will be charged $5.00 per car per night. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for all parking infractions. You WILL be subject to being towed at owners expense, with NO ADDITIONAL NOTICE, or Additional Charges may apply for each violations. The streets are to be kept clear for emergency vehicles and traffic access. Your visitors are subject to all rules of the park, including checking into the office and parking up front. NO Visitors vehicles may go beyond the front building without authorization. All park vehicles must clearly display parking permit in their windshield at all times.
8. Children must be supervised and accompanied by a responsible and attentive adult the age of 18 at all times.
9. Things to avoid: No bikes or walking between RV Sites, or in our RV park entrance. No open fires including propane fire pits as we are in the city limits. No firearms. No fireworks. No littering. No dumping. No parking anywhere except your designated site. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated at any time, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Violation of rules may result in your being asked to leave without refund or extra charges may be applied for damage caused or charges pressed if necessary.
10. We reserve the right to change your site and/or site type at our sole discretion. Our park is designed for certain RV's and specific sizes. Our busy schedule does not typically lend itself to site changes from the assigned site. You are NOT guaranteed a specific site number, only that you will have a site. If uncertain, please check with our staff prior to booking.
11. Cancellation Policy: All reservations require payment in full at time of booking. If you cancel your reservation, rather than rescheduling a one-night fee becomes your cancellation fee (plus taxes and fees of entire reservation) We require AT LEAST 7 day's notice, prior to arrival date for cancellation. Your reservation is 100% non-refundable within 7 days of check-in (NO EXCEPTIONS) If you are booking on a holiday week or peak weekend, your reservation is non-refundable/non-changeable. No shows or early departures will not be refunded.
12. Check in is 1:00 pm/check-out is 11:00. Early arrivals and late check-outs must be pre-arranged (with fee) and we must have a credit card on file in our office for this to be done. Check-in requires valid ID, vehicle license plate # and credit card to place on file and a pleasant/positive attitude :) Good customer service will be provided to all good customers!
